Sustainable Development
The company uses the ESG system as the managing platform, while aiming to improve through global sustainable development. By following the policy of ESG, this will enforce the need of sustainable actions thus creating value between clients.
For the complete management of our organization's sustainable information, as well as planning and performing those sustainable actions from department to department, we focus on these four main directions: "Our Corporation Commitment", "Sustainable Operation", "Green Innovation", and "Caring for Employees and Society". These topics are distributed to corresponding departments where they shall deliver, manage the contents and understand the relationship and expectations. Each department must also report their progress and needs to the manager and the directors periodically to ensure the information is up to date and being served the necessary resources.

Our ESG system consists of cross-department communication and resource coordination. It instructs the departments to follow the four subjects indicated. The departments will then create teams and come up with plans, missions and actions to achieve the sustainable topics. A meeting is held every season to discuss the progress and effectiveness, while also ensuring that the ESG strategy is efficiently being set throughout the company.

About the Meetings
The president named HUI-YU HE as the supervisor of the corporation management on November 8th, 2022. She's in charge of managing the task happening in the company, including assisting the president, the accountant auditors, the remuneration department and the shareholders' meeting.
