Education and Training
The development and cultivation of talents is an important key factor for corporate sustainability. The company focuses on the functional development of employees and is committed to systematic talent cultivation to strengthen organizational capabilities and competitiveness.
In terms of training policy, we are based on the training required by laws and regulations, and then extend the development through each unit's training needs based on the company's business direction, annual goals, feedback from other stakeholders, and employee functional gaps. Through the accumulation of long-term and stable training and development foundation, we were assessed by the Workforce Development Agency’s Talent Development Quality Management System (TTQS) for the first time in 2022 and received a bronze medal.
